- • Make sure the required ports (default: 2001 UDP) are open

Ensure Public Visibility is Enabled
- • Check the server configuration file for a setting related to server visibility
- • Set it to public to allow players to find the server

- • Ensure that both the server and clients are running the latest game update
- • Mismatched versions can prevent the server from appearing in the browser
5. Server Keeps Restarting or Crashing Randomly

- • Memory leaks from mods or scripts
- • Overloaded server hardware
- • To verify what limits your server has please head over to Server Details under System this will show you what your server's limits are as well we allow full customization of a server upon ordering a server
- • Corrupted game files
- • If your server is corrupted you can reinstall the server at any time, we recommend saving any important data inside the config.json as well after doing so delete all files within the system inside the file manager. Then head over to Configuration > Advanced > Reinstall server This can take some time for the server to install so please wait up to 15 minutes
