Adding Subusers to Your Server Panel
Learn how to add subusers to your server panel and configure their permissions for secure collaborative server management.
To get started with adding subusers, you'll need to access the Subusers section in your server panel:
- Log into your server control panel
- In the left sidebar, expand the Management section
- Click on Subusers

Once you're in the Subusers section, you'll see the main management interface:

- Click the Create button (located in the top-right corner)
- Enter the email address of the person you want to add as a subuser
- Click Add New Subuser to proceed to permission configuration

After adding the email, you'll be presented with a comprehensive permissions system. Here are the main permission categories:
Control Permissions
Permissions related to the server's power state and console access.

- Console: View console logs for the server
- Run commands: Send commands to the server console
- Start: Start the server
- Stop: Stop the server
- Restart: Restart the server
Subuser Management
Permissions for managing other subusers on the server.

- Read: View list of subusers
- Update: Edit permissions of other subusers
- Create: Add new subusers
- Delete: Remove subusers
File Manager Permissions
Control access to server files and SFTP functionality.

- SFTP: Connect to the SFTP server
- List: View files and folders
- Read: View file contents
- Write: Edit and update files
- Delete: Remove files and folders
- Archive: Compress and extract files
- Git: Use Git version control features
Database Permissions

- Read: View database information
- Reset password: Reset database passwords
- Create: Create new databases
- Delete: Delete databases
Schedule Permissions

- Read: View scheduled tasks
- Update: Edit existing schedules
- Create: Create new schedules
- Delete: Delete schedules
Backup Permissions

- Read: View all server backups
- Update: Lock/unlock backups from auto-deletion
- Create: Create new backups
- Delete: Remove existing backups
- Deploy: Restore server from backup
- Download: Download backup files
Server Details

- Read: View server details and information
- Update: Change server name in panel (not in-game)
Audit Log

- Read: View server action logs and audit trails
Health Monitor

- Read: View server health status
- Update: Toggle health monitoring on/off
Server Reinstall

- Update: Trigger server reinstallation

Subuser can't see the server
Ensure the email address matches their account exactly and they have at least basic read permissions.
Permission changes not taking effect
Ask the subuser to log out and log back in, or refresh their browser completely.
Can't add subuser with specific email
The person must already have an account on the panel system with that exact email address.
