- 1Log into your billing account at billing.loafhosts.com
- 2Go to Services > My Services
- 3Click on the server you want to upgrade
- 4Click 'Upgrade/Downgrade' in the sidebar
- 5Select your new plan from the available options
- 6Review the prorated pricing (you only pay the difference)
- 7Complete the upgrade - changes apply instantly!

- Upgrades are instant - no downtime required
- You only pay the price difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
- Your server files and settings are preserved
Downgrading Your Server
If you need fewer resources, downgrading can save you money. Make sure your server can run with reduced resources first.
- 1Check your current resource usage in the LHyper panel
- 2Log into billing.loafhosts.com
- 3Go to Services > My Services
- 4Click on the server you want to downgrade
- 5Click 'Upgrade/Downgrade'
- 6Select a lower tier plan
- 7Confirm the downgrade
Tip
- Check your RAM/CPU usage before downgrading to ensure the new plan is sufficient
- Credit for unused time is applied to your next invoice
- Downgrade during off-peak hours to minimize impact
