That is the deal, and it is the reason these machines stay patched, monitored and protected. If your project needs shell access on the metal, we are not the right host for it, and we will say so before you buy rather than after. Everything above the operating system is yours, in the panel.

What is a Loafhosts dedicated server?
The whole physical machine, yours alone, managed by us. Every build in the line-up is 16 cores and 32 threads of AMD Ryzen with 1 TB of NVMe storage and 100 TB of traffic on a 10 Gbps uplink. You run it from the dedicated server panel inside LoafHub, where you create and manage game servers and the other applications we offer.
Do I get root or SSH access?
No. These are managed servers, not unmanaged metal. There is no root login, no SSH, no IPMI and no operating-system choice. That is the trade: we keep the OS patched, the hardware healthy and the network clean, and you get a panel that manages everything you actually run on the box. If you need root on bare metal, we are honestly not the right host for you.
What is the refund policy on a dedicated server?
Dedicated servers are non-refundable. The machine is built and reserved for you alone the moment you order, so we cannot take it back. Game servers are different, they come with a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsure which one you need, open a Hub ticket before you buy and we will tell you honestly.
How long does delivery take?
Every dedicated server is made to order, so allow up to 14 days from the moment you order until the machine is racked, provisioned and handed to you in LoafHub. There is no setup fee. We keep you posted in your Hub ticket while it is being built.
How does billing work?
Pick monthly, quarterly at 5% off, or 6 months at 12% off. The page shows the exact total you pay for the term you select, and there is never a setup fee. Nothing is prorated at signup because the machine is built for you when you order.
Can I customise the hardware?
Not yet. The builds on this page are fixed configurations, which is what keeps them priced the way they are. If you need something different, more storage, more memory, or several machines, open a Hub ticket and our team will spec and quote it for you.
Is DDoS protection included?
