Payments, invoices, and account management.
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely through our WHMCS billing system with industry-standard encryption.
Your billing account is managed through WHMCS at billing.loafhosts.com. Here you can view invoices, manage payment methods, upgrade/downgrade services, submit support tickets, and view your order history. This is separate from your LHyper game panel login.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis by default. You can choose monthly, quarterly (5% off), semi-annual (10% off), or annual (15% off) billing cycles. Invoices are generated 7 days before your due date and sent to your registered email.
Yes! Log into your WHMCS client area, go to 'Services', select your server, and click 'Upgrade/Downgrade'. Changes take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated for your current billing period.
We send payment reminders at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the due date. If payment isn't received, your server will be suspended 7 days after the due date. You have an additional 3 days to pay before permanent termination. Contact support if you need a payment extension.
To cancel, log into WHMCS, go to 'Services', select the service you want to cancel, and click 'Request Cancellation'. You can choose immediate cancellation or end-of-billing-period. Your data will be retained for 7 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Yes, all invoices are automatically generated and available in your WHMCS client area under 'Billing > Invoices'. You can download PDF versions of any invoice for your records or business expenses.
