Java or Bedrock?
Either, or both. Pick Java, Bedrock or both when you order. With both, Java and Bedrock players join the same server.
Can I install a modpack?
Yes. The modpack installer sets it up and checks every file against your server version and loader, and suggests the memory and cores the pack needs before you order. The version switcher covers Fabric, Forge and NeoForge.
Can I upload my world?
Yes. Upload it with the file manager in ArthOS, then open it in the world editor to check it arrived the way you left it.
How many players can join?
Minecraft sets no player limit of its own, so the plans are sized by players online at once, from Starter for up to 5 to Massive for up to 200, for vanilla and plugin servers. A modpack needs more: choose it when you order and the store suggests its size. Past that, add memory in the builder, from 1 GB up to 64 GB.
Do you offer refunds?
Game servers can be refunded within 3 days. Dedicated servers are not refundable.
